Back in the '80s, Debbi Morgan and Darnell Williams became All My Children all stars as Angie Baxter and Jesse Hubbard.
Jesse and Angie's journey began in 1982, when these two met as teenagers. We watched as they fell in love, married, began heroic careers--he was a cop, she was a doctor--and raised their adorable son, Frankie. The loyalty of AMC's viewership eventually made Debbi and Darnell daytime's first African American supercouple. Sadly, their unforgettable romance ended in tragedy when poor Jesse was shot and killed in the line of duty.

Now, Angie and Jesse's story continues. Angie has come home to Pine Valley to consult on a mysterious medical case. Her patient is none other than Frankie, her son with Jesse. Along the way, we'll see a reunion, twenty years in the making, occur. But Jesse's dead... isn't he?
