Amanda Baker joined the cast of All My Children in the role of Babe Carey in October 2007.

Originally from Mt. Pleasant, SC, Ms. Baker attended the University of South Carolina, receiving a B.S. in Business Administration. Upon graduating, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career.

Ms. Baker's television credits include: One Tree Hill, Surface, Campus Ladies, ABC Family's Hello Sister, Goodbye Life, The Dead Will Tell and most recently, the SOAPnet original primetime drama General Hospital: Night Shift. Her film credits include the sci-fi movie The Other Side.

When not working, Ms. Baker lends her time to a variety of charities including; Big Brothers Big Sisters, The Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation, The American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and L.A. Works. Adding to her accomplishments, Ms. Baker is also a singer and has traveled around the Southeast performing with her former band, Sold Out.
