Dixie catches David with her blood samples, but David manages to cover. Dixie watches as David comforts Bianca after a nightmare, and Dixie warms to David when David offers his support to Bianca. David shares painful memories about his father's unnatural death, and he gets Bianca to agree to help him prepare a memorial service for Frankie. Dixie learns that her blood samples have gone missing, and old suspicions rise to the surface and Dixie confronts David. Opal makes a new acquaintance, a Southern gentleman named Hank, and Hank defends Opal when Palmer and Vanessa arrive upon the scene demanding the return of Palmer's son. Chris tells Erica that he can no longer represent her, and Adam offers his stable of fine attorneys to get Erica out of her current mess. Erica declines Adam's help, and she pleads with Chris to remain at her side, and Chris ultimately agrees to support Erica. At the same time, Mia and Liza grow closer. Mia shares that she gave her baby up for adoption, but Liza presses Mia to leave when she spies a mystery man looming. The stranger warns Liza that custody battles bring out the worst in people, and Liza instructs Colby to keep the man's visit a secret from Adam. |
