Vanessa and Palmer catch David with seemingly unwell Roger. Roger horrifies Vanessa when he makes references to Vanessa's past in front of increasingly suspicious Palmer, and Vanessa notes David's unease. Vanessa privately questions David's explanation for Roger's odd behavior, and she questions David's motives when she learns that David lied about Roger drinking too much at the hotel bar. Once alone, Roger implores David to help him, and horrified Anna watches undetected as irritated David injects Roger after ordering him to follow David's instructions in the future. Anna presses Ryan to investigate his father's death, and Anna evades Ryan's suspicion by claiming guilt over Gillian's death. Ryan shares his intentions with Mia, and Mia urges Ryan to explore the root of his anger after Ryan lashes out at Mateo for his apparent affair with Simone. Meanwhile, Mateo waits for Roger to show up with a disc. |
