Stuart works hard to get JR to laugh as they search for the perfect Christmas tree, but the party quickly ends when Tad and David arrive upon the scene. David confronts Tad about Leslie, and JR spills that Dixie and Tad have separated before he splits. JR runs into Mia who offers to train him at the gym, and Jesse coaches Tad to remain cool. However, Tad loses it, and Tad surprises Dixie when he announces that he intends to move forward with their divorce. Jesse asks for a miracle, and Stuart consequently finds a mysterious gift. Anna suspects that David wants to return to Dixie, but David pulls Anna into a kiss. Jake apologizes to Greenlee for his manipulative behavior in the elevator, and he praises Greenlee for her accomplishments. Jake further states that Greenlee and he should go their separate ways, and jealousy overcomes Greenlee when Jake rushes to Mia's aid when she sprains her ankle. Meanwhile, Bianca assures Leo that her inner strength has made a comeback, and Leo confides to Bianca that Greenlee's feelings for Jake prevented her from saying yes to Leo's marriage proposal. Chris interrupts the two friends to warn Bianca of Erica's fragile state of mind, and Bianca determines that she must enlist a hypnotist and remember what happened on the night of Frankie's death before she can talk to Erica. Erica admits her feelings for Chris to Opal, and Opal spills the beans after upset Erica orders Chris to stay away from Bianca. |
