After having a disturbing dream in which Maria and "Maureen" come face to face in a conflict about their future, Maria turns to Joe for help. Maria explains to Joe that she fears that if her memory returns, she will lose the future she is building with Aidan. A sympathetic Joe tells Maria that David is the only person who can give her a definitive answer about whether or not her memory is actually returning. Maddie becomes upset when Edmund takes Mia to the chapel at Wildwind as Maddie believes it to be "Mommy's place." Edmund is impressed by the gentle way Mia tries to make Maddie understand that she isn't going to try and take Maria's place in her or Edmund's lives. Maddie later returns and seems to accept Edmund's friendship with Mia. Brooke and Jack reconnect as she questions him about his relationship with Erica. Meanwhile, Chris meets with Flanders, who is eager to do away with Jack for good. Chris warns Flanders not to do anything against Jack unless he gives him the go ahead. Chris privately hopes he won't have to take drastic against Jack to get what he wants. Aidan secretly tapes the conversation between Chris and Flanders. Chris goes to see Jack, giving him one last chance to back away from Erica while leaving him with a veiled threat. Aidan gives Jack the tape he made and warns him that Chris could be dangerous. Tad is surprised to learn that Lysistrata and Joe are friends. Tad is intrigued by Lysistrata despite himself. |
