Mia does her best to win Maddie over while on their picnic in the park with Edmund. Edmund is impressed by Mia's efforts. Mia is pleased when Maddie asks her play hide-and-seek. Meanwhile, Chris and Evan meet in the park as planned. A fight ensues when Evan finds Chris' hidden tape recorder. Evan gets the upper hand and shoots Chris, which Maddie sees. Evan then points his gun at Maddie as Edmund frantically calls out for her. Maria grows emotional when Aidan announces his plan to move them from the Pine Cone into the Valley Inn. Maria is moved by Aidan's feelings for her and they make love. Later, Aidan shocks Maria with a marriage proposal. Erica convinces Kendall to tell Bianca the truth about Lena, although Kendall remains doubtful that Bianca will believe what she has to say. Bianca and Lena's time together is interrupted by a phone call from Michael, who later confronts Lena in person. Michael threatens to send Lena's mother to prison in her native homeland unless Lena comes through and delivers Boyd's formula. See no other choice, Lena agrees to Michael's demands and uses Bianca's handheld computer to steal the code to Erica's safe at Enchantment. Lena later breaks into Erica's safe looking for Boyd's formula. Kendall tells Bianca that Lena is working for Michael. Bianca responds to Kendall's news by slapping her across the face. |
