Anna tends to an unconscious Jack as she orders Erica to call for an ambulance. At the hospital, Erica learns that Jack's condition is critical and that he needs a rare blood type for a transfusion. After ruling Bianca out as a possible blood donor, Erica makes a public appeal to find a donor with the same rare blood type as Jack's. Meanwhile, Greenlee confronts Kendall and accuses her of betrayal for telling Erica about Lena's new job. Greenlee warns Kendall that Erica will never fully accept her as her daughter. Kendall defends her actions, claiming Greenlee would have done the same for her mother. Greenlee questions Mary's reasons for staying in Pine Valley but they are interrupted when they see Erica's televised plea on Jack's behalf. Mary is rocked by the news that Jack needs blood, preferably from a family member, but no available relative is a match. David accuses Joe of deliberately stalling to give him the results of Leora's autopsy. David breaks into Joe's office and finds the pathologist's report. Joe catches David in his office but David flies into a rage, accusing Joe of falsifying the report when he doesn't find proof that Joe acted negligently during Leora's surgery. Tad forces David away from Joe. Anna sees David being led out of the hospital. Reggie invites Joni to a party on the beach in order to get her away from Luis. Joni lies to her father in order to go to the party with Reggie. A beefy man nicknamed Catch follows Simone back to the Fusion offices and pitches himself as being the "Sexiest Man." After speaking with Catch, Kendall and Greenlee quickly determine that there isn't anything sexy about him. Greenlee and Kendall point out to Simone the qualities that make Kenny sexy. Kenny goes to the beach party with Simone and she dares him to go swimming with her in his underwear. Kenny is worried when he realizes that minors are drinking beer at the party and he and Simone are the only adults there. Laurie tells Jamie that she is no longer in love with JR.
