Mary pours her heart out at an unconscious Jack's bedside as he recuperates from the surgery. Mary voices her regret for breaking off her relationship with Jack when they were younger, claiming she believed him to be nothing more than a pool boy. Thanks to Reggie, Erica learns that Jack and Mary had a relationship in the past. Greenlee admires Carlos strength when he bullies her into fixing the Enchantment display at Lacey's. Greenlee privately realizes she has her cell phone with her and would be able to get her and Carlos out of the locked building but decides not to in order to spend more time alone with Carlos. Joni tries to comfort Reggie as he waits for news about Jack. Reggie tries to give Joni an alibi when her father questions her recent whereabouts. Joni admits to her father that she lied to him about having to work late and went to the party on the beach instead. Mr. Stafford forbids Joni to spend time with Reggie. Henry visits Maggie and can't resist pulling her into a kiss. Maggie breaks the kiss, telling Henry she's not ready to go back to the way things were between them. Henry vows to win Maggie back. Alma gives Henry an ultimatum and insists he choose between Maggie and his family. Unwilling to give up Maggie, Henry moves out of Alma's house. Maggie and Bianca talk about Henry and Lena wanting second chances at their respective relationships. |
