Kendall follows Ryan to the waterfall and confronts him about leaving Pine Valley and her. Kendall tentatively suggests that she and Ryan should give their relationship another chance. Ryan becomes frustrated by Kendall's continued lack of trust in him and makes it clear he won't give her another chance. Greenlee hears Ryan and Kendall's voices but thinks she is imagining them. After leaving, Ryan returns to the rocks and realizes Greenlee could be trapped in the mineshaft he covered up. Ryan removes the boulder and rescues Greenlee, who breaks down in his arms. Off her encounter with Ryan, Kendall crashes her car near David's cabin. Kendall becomes emotional and sobs in David's arms. Babe wants Paul to tell her the results of the paternity test but he abruptly ends their call when Adam approaches. Paul refuses to accept Adam's money at this time because he is anxious to see what he could get out of Babe. Krystal warns Paul not to double-cross Babe when he reveals that he left the test results with Joe. JR invites Jamie to the hospital find out the test results the next day. Brooke warns Adam that he might not have a place in his grandchild's life if it turns out JR is the father after all. JR is privately moved when he sees Babe acting maternally. Tad sneaks into Krystal's room to search for the incriminating document, Krystal catches Tad, who smoothly talks his way out of the situation and begins to seduce her. Tad spots the incriminating document, which are Babe's non-annulment papers. |
