Myrtle and Opal visit Bianca, who begins to feel confident that she will heal in time. With Bess at their side, Babe and JR are happier than they've ever been. At the riverbank, Krystal mourns the grandchild she thinks she lost. Krystal speaks to the heavens and explains she had to switch the labels on the DNA tests because she couldn't break Babe's heart. Feeling guilty for her actions, Krystal rejects Tad's offer of friendship. Brooke sits with Maria as they wait for word on Edmund. Dr. Marshall informs Maria that Edmund survived the surgery but that they couldn't remove the bullet, which means Edmund will be paralyzed for life.
