Julia makes a run for it while being transported to a new location by the federal authorities. Garret picks up a hitchhiking Julia. Kendall tells Greenlee that she underwent the implantation procedure. Greenlee admits to Kendall that she is jealous over not being able to carry Ryan's baby herself. Erica grows suspicious of Greenlee and Kendall. Greg remembers promising his late wife that they will have a baby of their own.
