Greenlee demands that Josh tell her the truth about the secret Greg and Kendall are keeping. Josh feigns reluctance as he helps Greenlee break into Greg's office. Greenlee reads Kendall's medical file and later invites Ryan to Thanksgiving dinner. Ryan thanks Kendall for what she's doing for Greenlee. Kendall tells Ryan he's going to be the father of a baby boy. Kendall explains why she wants Ryan and Greenlee to get back together.
