Kendall organizes a team building retreat at the Fusion offices in an effort to put personal issues aside and get all the women to work together for the sake of the company. Greenlee balks at the whole notion of the day but Kendall convinces her to give it a try. Each woman drifts off into their own private streams of thought as Kendall begins with a meditation exercise. Greenlee simply can't get past her animosity of Annie. Annie makes a hasty exit when one of the exercises calls for her to share a story about something they wished they'd had growing up but didn't. Ava and Colby, who have been hired by Kendall to cater in food from the Comeback, are scratchy with one another. Greenlee cruelly dismisses Ava when she pitches herself as the next face of Fusion. Kendall ponders the possibility of using Lily as a model. At her wits end over Annie and Greenlee's fighting, Kendall declares they will engage in a Make Off wherein each woman makes over the other. Annie and Greenlee are outraged by the results but the over the top looks inspire Babe to come up with an idea for a new product line. Kendall assigns a protesting Greenlee and Annie to develop the new product line together. Colby feels a twinge of sympathy for Ava after hearing how rotten her mother treated her. |
