Everyone is alerted when Spike doesn't respond to the sound of a tray crashing to the floor. Kendall refuses to leave her son's side as Joe and his team examines the baby. Ryan angrily rips into Greenlee, blaming her for Spike's medical problems and ruing the day she ever returned to Pine Valley. Zach assures Ryan that he'll take care of Greenlee. Greenlee is an emotional mess as she watches Spike's family wait for word on his condition. Greenlee is grabbed from behind and dragged away. Joe tells Kendall, Ryan and Annie that Spike is deaf but doesn't know whether or not the condition is permanent. Ava does her best to try and salvage the situation when her drug sting with Lenny goes awry but JR and Amanda's arrival blows the entire operation sky high. When JR can't keep his mouth shut, Lenny realizes what's going on and grabs Ava as he pushes a gun into her side. Meanwhile, Jonathan and Lily are anxious to find Ava. Lenny threatens to kill Ava unless everyone, including a just arrived Jonathan, backs off. |
