Spike's family privately reveal their thoughts as they wait for word on the little boy's tests. In her mind, Kendall simply to run with Spike as she feels trapped while Ryan irrationally believes things would get better if Greenlee just confessed and owned up to her horrible actions. Zach's thoughts hold Ryan totally responsible for starting this chain of events in the first place. Jack struggles with his dilemma as he contemplates how difficult it is to try and look after Greenlee, who never seems to make the right choices. Erica remembers the anniversary of Mona's death and asks for her mother's help. Annie recalls her past and knows everyone would hate her as much as they hate Greenlee if they knew what she was keeping from them. Meanwhile, Aidan brings Greenlee back to the site of the accident. Greenlee relives the horror of what she's done and is forced to admit to herself her own terrible sense of guilt.
