Desperate to get rid of Greenlee once and for all, Erica asks for Adam's help in getting Greenlee committed to a mental institution. Adam supports Erica's plan, and starts the ball rolling for the sake of "family." Zach is blown away when he finds a gun-toting Kendall waiting for Greenlee in the park. Breaking down, Kendall reveals that she wants to make Greenlee pay, but she's ashamed at how far she's taken things. A comforting Zach assures Kendall that they will have the happiness they deserve. After her encounter with Zach, Kendall appears to have dropped her vendetta against Greenlee.
Richie denies to Annie that he's dying from leukemia. Ryan, certain that this is another of Richie's stunts, questions how Annie would feel if her brother was really dying. Meanwhile, a torn Babe can't stop herself from feeling something for Richie. Later, Ryan decides to find out if Richie truly is terminally ill.
Greenlee confronts JR, who implies knowing where Zach stashed her frozen embryos. JR infuriates Greenlee when he offers her the embryos in exchange for all her shares in Fusion. Adding to Greenlee's dilemma, JR gives her just twenty-four hours to make her decision.
