Greenlee uses Aidan as a sounding board as she debates whether or not to give in to JR's ultimatum. Aidan will support any decision Greenlee makes but thinks Ryan should be informed as well. Kendall and Zach share the good news that Spike is set for the cochlear implant surgery with Ryan and Annie. Greenlee arrives at Ryan's wanting to talk and comes face to face with Kendall and Zach. Ava fights her attraction to JR as she resists the temptation to sleep with him. JR tries to pull Ava back in but she wants out of their partnership. Ryan supports Jonathan's decision to marry Ava and wants his brother to be happy. Reacting to her close call with JR, Ava tells Jonathan they need to move up the wedding date. Krystal tries to come to grips with her feelings after realizing that Tad spent the night with Hannah. Tad tries to sort out his own feelings while talking to Julia and later agrees to go out with Hannah again. JR finds himself on the receiving end of Aidan's fist.
