As Greenlee tries to climb the rusty ladder to find an escape route for her and Zach, it breaks free from the wall and she ends up in Zach's arms. Desperate and frustrated, Zach grabs a tool and swings at the concrete wall, which starts to crumble. Greenlee is hit when Zach explains the depths of Kendall's hatred for her. Remembering his own guilt, Zach begins to soften towards Greenlee ever so slightly as they work together to tear down the concrete wall. Meanwhile, Erica and Kendall turn to Tad and Aidan for help in finding Zach. Aidan has no sympathy for Kendall as he coldly lets her know that Zach isn't the person he's interested in finding. Erica and Kendall are taken aback to realize that Tad believes Zach's disappearance is somehow connected to Greenlee. Tad promises to inform Erica if he uncovers anything. Jack and Julia enjoy an easy friendship. Annie allows Walter to spend time with Emma and can't help but hope for a reconciliation with her father. Ryan is suspicious of Dr. Chambers and decides to do some investigating. Lily's feelings are hurt when Richie doesn't remember her. Richie schemes with Dr. Chambers and is as evil as ever. Lily becomes agitated when she overhears Richie and Dr. Chambers discussing a murder plot. Jack later returns home to find Lily unresponsive.
