Zach uncharacteristically lets his feelings show when he loses the photo of his family after his phone batteries die. Greenlee and Zach find a mutual moment of peace as they commiserate over not being with their loved ones but the détente is soon broken and they return to the task at hand. Kendall insists to Aidan she wants to help him in his search because she believes Zach and Greenlee are together. Aidan extracts a full confession from Kendall, who admits she regrets her actions. Aidan wants nothing to do with Kendall and refuses to let her in on his search. A devious Richie plays on Babe's sympathies as he continues to pull her in, pretending to be much weaker than he really is. Babe tells Ryan he needs to provide for Richie's care after he's discharged from the hospital. Ryan reconnects with Jonathan and explains he's highly suspicious of Dr. Chamber's connection to Richie. Jonathan helps Ryan sift through the documents he's uncovered and begins looking into all the visitors Richie had during his last few months in prison. As Jack looks on, Julia does her best to try and uncover the source of Lily's fear. Lily remains unresponsive but does utter the word "murder."
