Kendall braces herself to confess her one-night indiscretion with Aidan to Zach. She's totally caught off guard when Zach reveals he's already figured out she was unfaithful. Kendall tries to explain her reasons for sleeping with Aidan: She and Aidan thought Zach and Greenlee were dead and needed to stave off the loneliness at the idea of losing Zach forever. Zach's greatest disappointment is that Kendall didn't trust him enough to tell him the truth sooner.
Greenlee basks in the joy of her engagement to Aidan. Aidan becomes uncomfortable when Greenlee suggests that he should ask Kendall to be his "best woman" at their wedding. Tad later astutely wonders what's really going on between Aidan and Kendall. At Fusion, bitchy Annie accuses Greenlee of only accepting Aidan's proposal because she can't have Ryan. Ryan meets with a therapist who questions whether or not he even wants to remember Annie after he admits to having memories of both Kendall and Greenlee.
