Zach tries to ease Kendall's fears as he assures her he has no intention of ever leaving her (despite her one night stand with Aidan). Zach's anger, however, later bubbles to the surface while alone in his office. After Greenlee gives him an expensive gift, Aidan realizes he needs to start earning more and asks Zach if his job offer is still on the table. Kendall is happy for Greenlee when Greenlee breaks the news of her engagement but secretly feels very guilty (for sleeping with her best friend's fiance). Kendall overreacts when Greenlee suggests she and Aidan go out to dinner with Zach and Kendall to celebrate (she wants to avoid the awkwardness).
Adam is his usual cantankerous self while Angie and Frankie examine him. Angie determines that Adam has been suffering panic attacks. Adam balks when Angie suggests he start seeing a psychologist. JR and Colby urge Adam to get himself treatment. Krystal and Babe realize they can't seem to get the Chandler men out of their system.
Tad admits to Joe that Rob gives him an uneasy feeling.
