Jake shares with Greenlee the harsh realities of what his life was like in Africa but is insistent on returning there to finish the work he started. Greenlee refuses to help Jake sneak out of the hospital and later finds him collapsed in a heap after he tries to leave on his own.
Ryan surprises Annie with a picnic in the stables and apologizes for forgetting their anniversary. Annie's emotions get the best of her as she tells Ryan she saw him with Greenlee the night before and wonders why he seems to be the person Greenlee always has to turn to. Ryan takes a fall, gets a hit to the head and wakes up with memories of Annie, which he tells her.
Krystal questions what Tad will do if he does find Kate and reminds him that the little girl could already be living with a family who loves her. Tad won't consider it and is certain he's on the path to finding Kate.
Richie shows his true colors when Babe confronts him about what he did to JR, daring her to try to prove it.
Dixie realizes that she can feel love but is anguished over not being able to be with JR in the flesh. All she can do is leave her son his favorite, lost stuffed animal. |
