Jason Gerhardt joined the cast of General Hospital in January 2007 as Cooper Barrett.

Mr. Gerhardt has played various roles in film and television, including the lead role in the movie The Doers of Coming Deeds, and he was featured in the daytime drama Guiding Light.

Raised in Minnesota and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison, Mr. Gerhardt has been married for seven years and has a daughter. He loves to spend time with his family. They like to go to the park and hike. Athletic, Mr. Gerhardt enjoys playing tennis, football, basketball and other sports.
