In September 2002, Lindze Letherman took on the role of the smart and innocent Georgie Jones on General Hospital. Georgie has been on a rollercoaster ride in her relationship with first love Dillon Quartermaine.
At the tender age of 15, Lindze has accumulated quite a remarkable list of television credits, which include starring roles in The Misadventures of Fiona Plum and playing a young Jenny McCarthy (8) on Jenny. She guest starred on Suddenly Susan, Profiler, 7 Days, Family Matters, Passions and 18 Wheels of Justice, and appeared a dozen times in comedy skits on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
Since Lindze was a little girl, she always knew she wanted to be an actor. Her first acting experiences were on stage at age six, playing Dorothy in her 1st grade class production of The Wizard of Oz. She went on to professional theater playing Tiny Tim in A Christmas Carol and Marta in The Sound of Music.
Her most notable film credit was the leading role in 2001's Virginia's Run, where she portrayed the title character Virginia Lofton. Lindze also had the opportunity to grace the big screen with Robin Williams in Bicentennial Man. Closer to home, her role in the sci-fi feature Clockstoppers was directed by Jonathon Frakes, the husband of General Hospital's own Genie Francis (Laura).
When she is not in front of the camera, Lindze lends her support to many charities that help children and animals. She enjoys riding her horses and taking care of the rest of her menagerie, as well as spending time with her family and friends.
