Sonny has second thoughts about placing Michael in the permanent care facility as the day approaches to send the boy away. After speaking with Mike, Kate goes to the facility to try to patch things up with Sonny. She listens as Sonny meets with the doctor and overhears Sonny voicing his guilt over saving her, which let Michael be hurt. Kate walks away unseen before hearing Sonny say that he doesn't blame her for what happened to his son.
Lucky and Sam find Nikolas pale and unconscious when they go to visit him.
Lulu kisses Johnny when he accuses her of just being with him to save Luke. Anthony and Logan enter to find Lulu and Johnny in an embrace. Logan is not pleased.

Tracy is furious with Luke for risking his life and not thinking of the consequences to her. Luke makes an impassioned appeal to Tracy to take him back, claiming she's the only one for him. Tracy agrees.
