Sam realizes that the same medication Nikolas just overdosed on is the same as the ones Elizabeth was reprimanded for when her patient almost died. She also recalls that her own pain medication wasn't working. Lucky, Liz and Sam wonder if there was a drug pusher in the hospital and Nikolas informs them of Ian's actions. He tells them he was hallucinating Emily for awhile, and Ian gave him drugs that kept him alive.
Jax suggests to Carly that they should ask Sonny to sign away his parental rights to both Michael and Morgan, for the boys' safety. Carly blames herself for having placed her sons in danger and agrees to talk to Sonny.
A calculating Anthony orders Ric to feed Claudia any information in order to get her to trust him (Anthony) again.
Jason tells Claudia he won't kill Anthony for her without proof that he's responsible for Michael being shot.
Lulu confesses to Johnny that she fears loving him too much and ending up going crazy like her mother. Johnny and Lulu can't deny their feelings for one another and agree to take it one day at a time. Logan is very bothered by Johnny and Lulu's relationship.
