Todd and Blair are shocked and outraged when Marty Saybrooke takes the stand to testify at Spencer's trial. Marty testifies that Spencer suffered a psychotic break and isn't fit to stand trial. Blair comes close to being thrown out of the courtroom after her outburst. Todd remains eerily calm in the courtroom and is certain Spencer will pay for his crimes. Marty is unsettled after confronting Spencer in his jail cell. Blair keeps her appointment with Michael, who wants her to see a neurologist to find out what is causing her headaches. Michael confirms to John that Natalie knows that John was planning on proposing to her before the accident. Natalie reluctantly tells John about Marty's testimony at the trial.
