Gigi and Shane celebrate his birthday with a special breakfast. Gigi is evasive when Shane questions her about his father and orders Shane to keep quiet about his birthday. Adriana confronts Gigi about Shane's paternity and asks her point blank to reveal the name of Shane's father. Rex wonders what Dorian is really up to when she's overly nice to him (he doesn't realize she's living in fear Adriana will disown her).
Charlie warns Dorian to keep quiet about his being Jared's father and not Rex's when she subtly threatens him. Roxy admits to Charlie Rex's father may not be who she thought it was. Charlie and Roxy realize they were both in Atlantic City around the time Rex was conceived and both were heavy drinkers at the time.
Clint can't resist the temptation to use the information Lindsay gave him about Warren Cobb's shady past to get him to back off his attack on Buchanan Enterprises. Bo doesn't rule out the possibility of something happening between him and Lindsay but tells her he wants to take things slow.
Nora seethes when Lindsay suggests she might know Clint better than Nora does.
Nash has another meeting with his mysterious business partner, who keeps throwing money at him to invest in the vineyard. Nash hires Sarah to organize an event for him at a convention in Napa. Nash and Sarah hit it off.
