Cole and Starr's plans to runaway together are nearly ruined when Viki catches Starr as she's sneaking out of the house. Starr admits to Viki that she was going to meet Cole but doesn't tell her they're planning on running away. Starr is relieved when Viki doesn't tell Todd and Blair she was trying to sneak out. After several more close calls, Starr and Cole manage to meet up on the docks. Cole promises Starr he will always take care of her and their baby as she tries to push down her trepidation about what they're doing. Starr and Cole's love for each other is clear as they drive off together towards an uncertain future.
Ramsey secretly witnesses Antonio stealing some of the money from the drug bust. Antonio sweats it out when Ramsey subtly toys with him about the missing money. Without revealing his knowledge of Antonio's guilt, Ramsey lets him get away with the money. John comforts Talia after Antonio lashes out at her.
Jessica and Cristian are satisfied by Cristian's artwork for the vineyard but Sarah doesn't think it fits the image she and Nash are going after. Jessica passionately defends Cristian's work and is surprised by her outburst. Nash borrows more money from his mystery partner. Jessica and Cristian draw closer over their mutual understanding of what his work means to him.
