Jared confronts David at Dorian's and learns David and Dorian are in cahoots. He tells Natalie and they freak out, knowing Dorian will drop the bomb that Jared is not a Buchanan. At the Buchanans shareholder meeting, Dorian arrives an announces that Jared is not a Buchanan.
Although regretful, Dorian does what she feels she must as she sets Charlie up for a major fall: She plies him with liquor and has him dumped in an alley. Viki confronts Roxy on why they lied about Rex being Charlie's son. Roxy doesn't give her an answer. Later, Viki expresses her worry over Charlie's whereabouts to David. David, who suspects Dorian has Charlie, is torn on whether to help Viki or betray Dorian (who promised him money if he keeps his mouth shut).
Gigi and Rex are awkward when they bump into each other at the meeting. Rex receives a cryptic note that says "Your wife lied to you."
John and Antonio keep up their charade of hatred in front of Eddie and the other officers. Antonio and John grow suspicious when they overhear a panicky Janet tell Ramsey that "she" has become very agitated and begin to wonder if Ramsey's hiding someone in his penthouse.
