OLTL Wins DGA Award
One Life to Live director Larry Carpenter was awarded his second Directors Guild of America award in the category of Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Daytime Serials.
Larry won for the OLTL episode aired on June 5, 2007. In this episode, a bomb goes off at the hospital, causing mass chaos–especially for Antonio, who is on the operating table. His doctors are injured, and the only person with access to him is Nash, the man who stole his wife. Nash realizes that he'll have to operate on Antonio or his rival will die.
