Annie finds Adam about to kill himself and talks him down. He questions why she didn't tell him the truth about Stuart's death, and she explains he wouldn't have been able to handle it, and was drugged at the time so he was sort of blameless. Erica and Ryan come upon them, so Annie pulls a gun on them and allows Scott and Adam to leave. Adam is shocked that Scott knew he was guilty. Scott explains to Adam that he doesn't want revenge for his father's murder, pointing out it would rip what's left of their family apart. Annie is later horrified when Adam says he's going to tell the authorities what he's remembered. Erica and Ryan agree that Annie's behavior at the cemetery was a bit odd. Jesse tries to get Annie to admit to the murder, but she won't say anything. Ryan wonders if maybe Annie didn't kill Stuart after all - maybe it was Adam.
