Student; aspiring ballplayer
The Cannon on Dudley: "He's fat."
Dudley is one of the hapless Angles, an outcast ballplayer who doesn't look like much on the surface. But Dudley has heart, and heart counts for a lot. Even (or especially) when your own coach is constantly insulting you.
Brandon Salgado was born with a natural ability to make people smile and a presence that could light up a room.
Born and raised in Southern California, Salgado signed with Commercial Talent Agency in Hollywood at just 5 years of age. He booked his very first audition and was asked to appear with A-lister Ashton Kutcher in a national commercial for Nikon. Salgado was quickly identified as a favorite because of his ability to take direction from Bennet Miller (director of Moneyball) and flow with all of the jokes on set.
Five years later, Salgado has over a dozen national commercials under his belt. In addition he has been featured in numerous skits on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien, had a guest-starring role on CBS' Eleventh Hour, and has appeared in several independent films.
Salgado loves being on stage and is a member of the Second City Conservatory in Hollywood and Young Actors Studio in North Hollywood. In his spare time, he loves hockey, football and especially baseball.
