Miles BrownJack Johnson
Miles Brown, aka "Baby Boogaloo," is a 9 year old HIPHOP dancer from Oxnard, CA. He loves to pop, BBoy, lock & also rap. Miles started dancing at the age of 3 by watching Michael Jackson, James Brown, Soul Train & The Electric Boogaloos. Miles currently attends 4th grade & is a member of Oxnard's Police Activities League (P.A.L.), where he plays basketball for the program. Since 2009, Miles has also been a member of the dance team Emanon. He has always loved listening & dancing to music. Though Miles has been fortunate to travel the U.S. & overseas to perform for audiences, he has always stayed true to his passion to thank God each Sunday & also inspire other kids his size to dream big.
Miles has appeared on Ellen Degeneres & The Katie Couric show. In addition to being featured in Virgin America's new safety video, Google & youtube recently invited him to perform at their annual (Brandcast) event in New York. Miles made his 1st TV appearance being featured alongside Solange Knowles on Nickelodeon's "Yo Gabba Gabba." Soon after becoming a semi-finalist on NBC's "America's Got Talent," Miles began performing for NBA halftime shows, including the NBA Allstar Game (LA). This led to Miles being invited to perform for european dance festivals including France's "Juste Debout." Miles has also performed for charity benefits for kids, natural disasters and The Children's Hospital (LA), where he is also a patient. He has his own youtube channel (babyboogaloo1) & has released his 1st rap song "Memory Lane," where he sends a message to kids, "Remember to stay a kid & have FUN!"
Miles recently joined the ABC network family & will be playing 'Jack' on ABC's new sitcom "black-ish" starring alongside Anthony Anderson, Laurence Fishburne, Tracee Ellis-Ross, Yara Shahidi, Marcus Scribner & Marsai Martin.
To this day Miles continues to answer why he loves music, acting & sports with "Because it makes me happy!"
