ABC's Dancing with the Stars Has Been Nominated for The 66th Primetime Emmy Awards

Announced this morning by Mindy Kaling and Carson Daly, ABC's Dancing with the Stars has been nominated in several categories for The 66th Primetime Emmy Awards!

First up, Dancing Pro and choreographer Derek Hough has been nominated in the category of Outstanding Choreography. Here's a look at one of Derek's performances along with his latest partner, Amy Purdy, where his choreography skills wowed all of the judges.

 

Our host, the inimitable Tom Bergeron has also been nominated in the category of Outstanding Host of a Reality or Reality-Competition Program. There's an endless supply of clips featuring Tom bringing his wit and charm to the ballroom, and here's one of him announcing the latest champions, Meryl Davis and Maksim Chmerkovskiy!

 

The show has also been nominated in several categories including Outstanding Hairstyling for a Multi-Camera Series or Special, Outstanding Lighting Design | Lighting Direction for a Variety Series, Outstanding Makeup for a Multi-Camera Series or Special (Non-Prosthetic), Outstanding Technical Direction, Camerawork, Video Control for a Series, and Outstanding Reality-Competition Program!
