Nobody puts Bindi in a corner! Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough rose to the challenge of Famous Dances Night on Dancing With The Stars Week 6 performing a perfect Rumba to the song "(I’ve Had) The Time of my Life by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes from the Dirty Dancing soundtrack. The pair perfectly executed the number from the 1987 film originally done by actors Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze, even down to the dramatic lift the dance is best known for.

As one would expect, Bindi was a little nervous about being held high in the sky by her partner. The two spent a lot of time rehearsing the number, even jumping into a pond to try the move like it was done in the movie version.
Then to really ensure the pair blew the number out of the water they got a bit of help from Grey herself who played the role of Baby in the film. Grey stopped by rehearsals and gave Bindi some great advice about channeling the character saying, "The key is to trust." The tips really seemed to help out as Bindi and Derek received rave reviews from the judges.
"Your legs were on fire," Julianne Hough said. "It was amazing! That was so much fun!"
"My little star has gone supernova tonight," Bruno Tonioli exclaimed. "It was blindingly brilliant in both execution and interpretation."
"You both were amazing," guest judge Olivia Newton-John praised the couple. "Really touched my heart. You're enchanting!"
All in all the judges thought the iconic movie moment recreation was good enough for a perfect score of 40 for the night and Bindi's first in Season 21. The night ended with Bindi tying Tamar Braxton on the leaderboard and the departure of Paula Deen. All remaining teams are back in action for Dancing with the Stars MONDAY 8|7c as the stars and pros try to keep up some more high scores on Halloween Night.
