Q. Why did you want to do the show?
A. Because I wanted to dance with all of the stars. But seriously, I’m really looking forward to the hard work, and discipline. It’s really good for me at this point in my life and career.
Q. Which dance style do you think is most "you"?
A. The Charleston, because it’s closest to my tap dancing background. And I was born in Charleston, South Carolina.
Q. What do you think is your biggest handicap to overcome if you’re going to win?
A. I’m a little worried about my flexibility. I don’t want to be as stiff as a girder. I want to be graceful, and look good, not goofy.
Q. Do you have a "dancing" hero (pro dancer or other dancing star)? Are any former DWTS stars an inspiration to you?
A. Marie Osmond because she has been working since she was a child. Love her, she’s so sweet. And Adam Carolla because though he didn’t have a dance background, he really put the effort in and took it seriously.
Q. Is there a particular dance/dance style that you most fear?
A. The Lambada, because it’s the forbidden dance.
