Bob and Lee's new arty -- and extremely noisy -- water fountain alienates the entire neighborhood. Even Susan, who's still trying to get on their good side, admits she hates being woken up by it every morning.

We see Katherine's no blushing violet when she steps right into the middle of Wisteria Lane by running for president of the homeowner's association. Lynette fears that Katherine will condemn her children's' treehouse and decides to run against her, with the support of Bob and Lee.
