The police finally get to question Jackson about the nightclub fire and find it very interesting that Dave never mentioned anything about being in the store room, where Dr. Heller's body was found.

Dave gives Mike the video, supposedly of their band rehearsing, and asks him not to watch it until after his honeymoon. Or, as we now know, not watching it until the 'accidental' boating accident. POW!
