Bree tells Andrew that Orson has left her and asks him for permission to tell Gaby about the accident. She gets Gaby alone and begins: "There's something I need to tell you I should have told you years ago. It's the kind of thing that could end our friendship." The two go off to talk, but we don't see Gaby's reaction.

Susan says goodbye to her friends and swears that they'll still see her every week. Lee has already found a renter for her house, someone who already knows the neighborhood. We're shocked to see that the new tenant is Paul Young! "I guess everyone will be surprised to see you again," says Lee. "They absolutely will," responds Paul.

A nurse who worked for years at a hospital in Fairview confesses to a priest before she dies: She switched a baby at birth! We don't find out who it is, except that that family lives on Wisteria Lane!
