Look Into Their Eyes and You See What They Know
Season 5 | Episode 19 | Aired 04/19/09
Lynette asks, "You guys remember when you took turns driving me to chemo? Well, no one did it like Edie." While everyone else babied Lynette, Edie hauled her to a motorcycle bar, where she pointed out the men who didn't let having lost a limb or two slow them down. "You are strongest person I know," Edie insisted. "You need to remember who you are. Screw cancer. You are Lynette Scavo." Lynette teared up, then downed a tequila shot.

It's safe to say that Wisteria Lane certainly wouldn't have been the same without her. It's fitting that Karen left Wisteria Lane as the song "Wonderful, Wonderful" played. One "wonderful" wouldn't have been enough to describe Karen McCluskey, not to mention the Emmy-winning actress who portrayed her. Thanks for the memories, Kathryn Joosten. The residents of heaven just got a great new neighbor.
