Susan wonders why Dr. Ron hasn't made a move after three dates and he tells her it wouldn't be ethical while he's her doctor. She needs a spleenectomy and she gets nervous when she hears it'll be his first time performing the procedure. She tells him over dinner that she wants a different doctor. He gets mad and storms out, so she waits for him at the hospital to tell him she's done jumping through hoops to keep a guy. But he tells her she missed a delivery of flowers and champagne -- his apology. He says he doesn't want to lose her and that it's better anyway if he's not her doctor anymore.
