Paul Young finally comes clean about his and Mary Alice's secret: a drugged-out Deirdre sold them her baby to feed her habit. They fled to Wisteria Lane and changed their names, but she still found them. Mary Alice killed Deirdre by accident when she forcibly tried to take Zach/Dana away from them.
