It's been six months since Mike Delfino was run over by car, which we know was maliciously driven by Orson. Susan visits him every day, but gets chummy with another regular hospital visitor, Ian. To help Mike get over his retrograde amnesia, Susan kidnaps him from the hospital. She takes him on a tour of Wisteria Lane, pointing out the sites where he saw her naked in the bushes and where they had their first kiss. He doesn't remember any of it. Susan starts focusing on Ian when she catches Mike being straddled by a half-naked Edie! Those hospital curtains don't offer a lot of privacy.
