George Williams
George Williams was your friendly neighborhood pharmacist. He got into a relationship with Bree after she found out hubby Rex was cheating on her with Maisy Gibbons. It was an unhealthy relationship for Bree from the get-go. It was a fatal one for Rex, who passed away thanks to George's actions. Of course, the felonious pharmacist also passed away thanks to Bree's inactions after he swallowed a lethal dose of sleeping pills. Guess he knew where to get the prescription.
