Betty Applewhite
She came to Fairview amidst a cloud of mystery. It was obvious that Betty Applewhite was hiding something when she moved to Wisteria Lane. It turned out to be her son, Caleb, in the basement! Betty eventually learned that her other son, Matthew, was really the one who deserved to be locked up. After Matthew was killed, Betty and Caleb left The Lane for good.
