Describe your biggest accomplishment? Navigating the globe; a lot of the time by myself. It made me develop a new sense of independence, confidence and meaning to my life.

What is your team's biggest strength? We get the job done. Our personalities complement each other, so when we are faced with a difficult situation, we know our roles and get it done. That's not to say we don't have our disagreements.

What is your team's biggest weakness? Often we can become too focused on the details and lose sight of the main objective. All three of us are semi-perfectionists and want to do everything to the best of our ability. In competition, keeping sight of our long term goals and not getting caught up in the small stuff will be our biggest challenge.
