2 low fat flour tortillas, 80-120 calories each
1/2 cup vegetarian refried beans
1 green onion, sliced thinly
1/2 cup lite shredded cheese
1 small tomato, diced
Shredded romaine lettuce
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1. Spread beans on two flour tortillas, sprinkle with green onion and cheese.
2. Fold over and cook in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, until cheese has melted.
3. Open up burrito; add shredded lettuce, tomato and salsa. Roll up burrito style and serve with fat free sour cream.
