Executive Producers David Goyer and Marc Guggenheim answer your questions in an exclusive live webcast on ABC.com taped right after the premiere on September 24.
Hey Chuck,
I found a website "TVshows-streaming.com which has the first two episodes for you to view for free. The catch is that you have to take some online quizes which are nothing more than marketing gimmicks to get you to sign up for coupons, books of the month club, etc. You may have to search around a bit to find offers that don't require any money, but once you've completed the minimum requirement of offers it will unlock the video stream. It was a bit annoying but I was able to see the first two shows with relative ease afterwards. Hope this helps.
Firt time commenting - Guys I think/feel/believe that you will have a good run with Flashforward but by the end of it everything will be a sequel or a prequel to LOST.
Com'on that would be so cool !!!
Cheers
Did anyone who is involved with this show even read the book?
The intellectual appeal of the book is completely absent.
I like the show for pure entertainment but, I was hoping for more.
What the hell is up with the 2-3 minutes of actual show content and then 5 minutes of commercial. Really friggin annoying. I'm only watching this on my DVR after its done because it feels like a long commercial with occasional flash forward breaks.
The second episode was as good as the first...the mosaic website is interesting too! I love a show (like Lost, thanks J.J.) that includes the viewer by giving them websites to go to that are interactive!!!
this is a great show , its gotcha right off the bat, lets hope it dont waffle out , but i feel that with the the mosaic of a plot like this , its going keep you on the edge of your seat for some time to come , well done
I hope i don't have to get involved in another SciFy masterpiece only to have it taken off the air. I was watching Invasion and others just to have them cancelled on me. So far so good. I love it!
The concept of the show is interesting. I'm looking forward to seeing how the future of the show works out. Being interested in the paranormal, anything is possible.
I absolutely enjoyed tonight's show of Flash Forward. I am very eager to see future shows. I just hope the producers and writers don't take this program in the wrong direction of being a more reality based show. As of now, I absolutely applaud the producers and writers for bringing us a show that is truly original. It will be interesting to see how many other "channels" are going to copy this type of program!
In my opinion, the pilot could have been better. I find it really annoying when a TV show advertises itself as an intelligent show and then proceeds to dumb down the show for its members. Here's an example. When you see the potential new love interest sitting on the couch, and then you find out the same person is the father of the injured boy in the hospital, we don't need a weird flashback to remind us that it was the guy sitting on the couch. The flashback is not from "someone" and it's an annoying tool used to fill a gap that the director obviously thinks exists. It didn't and it is annoying. If you're going to BE an intelligent show, BE an intelligent show. Hiding a bunch of clues on a peg-board and then spelling out a hidden character with flashbacks makes me wonder if this show is nothing but a gimmick.
Having sad the bad before the good, I like the casting and look forward to more.
thought the show was great. Hillside68 is right. You don't have to state the obvious. Trust that you have given us the clues.
Side note: What happened to the theme song Mad World?
It was Seth McFarlane for those who are wondering! I found a blurb about it over at IMDB. I really loved it, and I hope ABC keeps it around for a while. We LOSTIES need a new addiction after this season.
hey did everyone noticed the rap star Jay-Z when on the bridge after the blackout. they show him for a quik second coming out of the black out. so where do i find out about the 3 stars and the cangaroo?
